sian.. now my turn my old back injury act up again... but the thing is.. doc still haven find out the problem to my back.. only suspect either muscle strain or maybe slipped disc oso :help: ... :cry:

taken x-ray b4... doc says nothing wrong... after that go physio-therapy... another doc say i might have slipped disc... or if lucky... muscle strain... zzz.. dunno shld listen to whu leh.. but i have been relying on painkillers for 6 mths liao... no improvements at all.. even after pyysio-therapy... zzzz

my doc advise me to do back strengthening exercises

 

try not to eat so much painkillers cos it only numps ur feeling but is actually warning u not to strain ur back
