Guess which word had this meaning.

1. Any code or set of principles containing different provisions for one group of people than for another, esp. an unwritten code of sexual behavior permitting men more freedom than women.

2. A set of principles permitting greater opportunity or liberty to one than to another, especially the granting of greater sexual freedom to men than to women.

3. A set of principles establishing different provisions for one group than another; also, specifically, allowing men more sexual freedom than women.

:cheer: koon eng hin is the name of the shop ....think koon and hin is correct eng dun know correct anot......anyway....wah this guy is young to be doing all these lor....but he impressed me with the skills n workmanship......price is not cheap like those auntie shop......but wont be sky high also......workmanship v gd.... :cheer:

hi guys

i just had my seat re-wrapped. definitely not cheap. For illustration purpose, the other shop quoted me $25 while he qouted me $38. Exact same material. i cannot comment anything about workmanship as there was no point of comparison.

Only reason why i re-wrapped my seat there was because when i asked him if i should re-shape my seat, he started taking out the staples before i could stop him. Felt paiseh if i were to tell him that i preferred the cheaper shop... so just let him re-wrap.

After which, he explained how i can re-shape my seat to increase my comfort. i didnt re-shape my seat though as i wanted to test out how the new leathers will feel and how much grip i will have. Grip definitely improved, but because of the angle of my seat, the riding position is not ideal for long distance. should have taken his advise to re-shape the cushion even though it means shaving the original cushion off. now he's charging me $18 bucks if i were to re-shape my seat. sigh... expensive leh... thinkin twice if i should go back to him.

hmm...

true his place is not cheap if u only do normal seats...

but if u want to do special design for ur seat his place is relatively cheap..

plus... his design is unique. no other bike has it unless u pikck the design out of his album....

How much does he charge if I have the seat wrap and asked him to wrap the seat only for me?

I did my seat at Eugene Kong's shop also. I must say, he did a DARN GOOD JOB!

Not advertising for him, but l will explain what happened.

When I bought my bike, i went for a seat warp and cutting to make it more comfortable. Went to the shop which is near opps Lavender food court, not the Auntie one.. but the other shop nearby. Cost me ard $50 to do it.

After riding for 6months... i really hate long rides, cos very uncomfortable. Finally, I cannot tahan, so I searched ard in forums, found Eugene's shop being mentioned. Tat time, he was in the old shop. Not the current new location.

When he looked at the seat, press press ard, he say cannot. Must cut seat. Explaination was...

1) Sides too soft, will cut/hurt my thighs. Which was true....

2) Middle too hard, uncomfortable. In his own words, this will cause "Lam pa gei tio". In english, ur balls will "choke". Explaination: sides too soft, will sink down, and the middle too hard, so will press the balls. THIS WAS EXACTLY HOW I FELT! No wonder it was so uncomfortable! I did rem have to "adjust" during longer rides(>20mins). This was part of the reason why I wanted a seat warp + cutting.

He took ard 3hrs to do a good job.. cut and recushion until it was flushed with like one piece, plus a normal design seat wrap. Total cost ard $56. We did tok ard, and after tat, I pass pictures of my fren's thailand "cobin" seat to him for reference. Tat was months back, hope he can now create these designs.

Well, the new design last for months now, still in good condition. Seat is much more comfortable. Hopes this helps.

Finally decided to let Eugene re-shape my seat...

Seat re-shaping requires 2 things: Skill and Patience. And i must say Eugene has both. It took a while until we finally found the best angle possible and he never grumbled. Even though i had to wait quite a while (cos his business was quite good today), it was worth the wait. The riding experience now has improved, though at times still a little uncomfortable.

HIs friendly personality is one other big plus why riders should go to him to re-shape their seats.

Just went down to rewrap my seat in the afternoon around 4 plus.. Please note that there is one shop also doing seat rewrap before Eugene shop. It's directly opposite New World Center, at the very corner side. Costs me only $60 for the rewrap... Eugene is very friendly.. The worst part is that just now got heavy rain.. so just wait at his shop while he is busy doing my seat. Now the seat looks power lah...
