sorry to input something.. my friend fail at kaki bukit, his spark jus put whilte LED for the 2 small light below the signal de... so small thing also fail -_-

 

i had friend pass with a crazy mod of his bike with alot of accessory, if u see my bike b4, his is more power den mine, he pass @ aye rajar inspection center.. and i also go there.. my X1 w/o rear mudguard, with racing footrest also can pass

 

anyway this is my side of view

yeah...there is inspection centre at changi aviation hub....lagi quiet this one.

THE OLD SYSTEM..

Instaed of looking at a tv monitor right in front of test bike.....u have to look up..some 3m away is a humongus information board some 3mx6m rectangular board....

i have seen this board when car inspection started some 30 years ago.....same stuff . anyway good for bikers..old system usually not so accurate compared with the current system i think...

the tester is one of the most courtiest one i have met..

 

inspector: good morning..

me: huh what did u say??

inspector: GOOD MORNING..

me: good morning..(in a whimper)

 

after that test...

wah lau..my box is hanging to one side..didnt realise one mounting bolt is missing from the box bracket...still no comments...

any way..after printing the cert...your bike FMxxxxx?? please check your cert..

 

ups for the inspector..

inspection is to get a cert for you to renew road tax bro...

 

my road tax due on december but i got my cert already ;-)

hmmm , regarding insurnace, which other companies do you guys get quote from other then NTUC Income?

 

Surprisingly, NTUC is not on onemotoring list ??

there is AXA, its cheap but need 20y/o and above... but they handle things slow if anything happen(touch wood)

I suppose i can check the expiry date of my road tax from onemotoring.com right?

 

How am i to pay for the renewal of road tax with just the inspection cert?

 

Lastly, is it advisable to pay road tax through Giro?
