wat qn did they ask u? u send wat kind of full body length pic to them? those normal outin pic can? or hav to go to studio to take a more formal 1? if u dun mind me askin... wats ur height n weight? cos i missed e dec 05 recuitment drive... wanted to know more on their requirements n standard...

1st rnd was interview in a grp of 10 pple and to give a self intro and reply to the question that the interviewer asked....

 

the pic any pic will do... dont need formal 1....

 

as for other requirements u can visit Cabin Crew

 

will be waiting for the next interview... maybe we can go together...

let me tell you what they are looking out for.

I know becos, someone very close to me used to be one of the interviewers before retirement. I grew up listening to comments and criticisms.....hahaha

 

1. Smile - genuine, no crooked funny type

2. Disposition - Presence and basic good posture - dont slouch look confident

3. Speech - clear, concise and proper - no funny accent nor singlish preferably

4. Looks - Dont need to be particularly good-looking but no visible tattoos or facial hair. Good teeth and proper haircut.

 

The first round is very easy, the next few rounds will test you on how gregarious you are, how you mix with others and whether you make people comfortable. Whether you are approachable and friendly, yet not aloof or goofy.

 

Everything else can be taught and learnt

i agree with Throttle's 4 points and the one he said of not being "aloof". juz go and smile smile smile. smile like siao.

 

and be yourself. if u didnt make it, it goes to show that there are better opportunities elsewhere. dont be disheartened.

ya... i'm aware of it...

but now the standards dropped as compared to the past....

 

i'm also aware of what's being tested in each round....

dood... did u make it to the one-on-one interview? that round is TOUGH.

do some soul-searching and questions in the mirror. it helps! and be ready for the fire from the interview... she'll ask u things u wished she wouldnt! ehehe... gd luck!

well i should say the interviewer comes across as a beeatch but im sure all she wants to see is how u handle ur composure under stress and tough questions. merde!

i didn't make it cos i wasn't well prepared for it....

 

rushed down from camp then its also my first formal interview...

so felt nervous about it....

 

so during the mass interview i didn't present well... thus i didn't make it....

ok... when they got recruitment again i'll post here....

newspaper i think have but for mine i checked thru internet....

 

the interview they will have different schedule for air stewards and air stewardess...

 

that time i think about 200+ or so bah...

i heard only 30+ managed to reach to the management rnd which is the 5th round if i'm nt wrong....

yah... think emirates salary is higher then SIA... but have to station in Dubai....

their salary is in USD...
