Bmw is starting to bid now. Watch for it

they sold how many bikes?

the number of bids slowing down now... so maybe not that much more vs last bidding.

number of bids lower than last bidding at the same stage now... i think dealers bid a little earlier this time. COE going down!

I expect it to close below 6K!

I cannot understand, 9 mins left 56 unfilled COE. All rush in to fight in and raise it more than 6k. 418 bids and 62 bids cannot be secure. The pool of buyers paying for high COE haven dry up yet????

But I am still optimistic for the next few rounds of bidding and high COE is killing the 2B bikes.

If u're the dealer, why waste time bid so early end up u need to adjust ur bids later to get the COE... so its easier to just go in last few minutes and make a single entry to secure the COEs. Actually if u compare this bidding to the last, most dealers come in earlier this time round.

Anyway, the downward trend continues!

On the contrary, what I understand from some dealer friends, is that they dont really monitor and try and put in last min bids, because during the last 10 mins, almost impossible to get the bids in.

Instead they just put in reserve price, for example $7500. Anyway COE amt is closed at the lowest winning bid amt

get my 2b license not long ago and cant afford to buy a bike :(

My advice is to be patient. Get a 2nd hand bike. You are new and will most likely drop the bikea couple of times before getting used to it. Even those with decades of experience do drop their bikes from time to time. Some will admit and some will not.

At least it will not be so much heart wrenching if you were to drop a 2nd hand bike as compared to a freshly new bike. ;)

As said above lots of patience is needed in choosing and buying a bike. Get a friend with experience to follow you to recce bikes at the bikeshops. Get a friend who actually knows about bikes. There are those who have ridden for 10 over years but they still know nuts. All they know is how to ride a bike.

Get an affordable bike and gain experience from there. Get familiar with the roads and especially habits of drivers. Slowly but surely you will learn how to 'read' these drivers actions and hopefully avoid getting into accidents. However accidents will still happen seeing that riders are the vulnerable one. What you could do is to just know how to minimize the injuries. Happy searching.

I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride my bike..I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride it where I like..
