I was wondering, normally u all how long then overhaul. Wait till spoil or preventive maintenance better? my mech say dun spoil dun open better. But wait spoil need to lay up in shop 3-5 days how to go work. Or will u all choose early overhaul the bike when free that time for peace of mind? Say.. like 200k km go overhaul sua.

Also, other thing like clutch plate, front and rear suspension and steering cone bearing should wait till spoil or change early?

normally, on a well maintained bike, things will not 'suddenly' spoil just like that. only if you really, really never maintain (like completely never change engine oil after 10,000km that kind), or there is a manufacturing defect inherent in the bike, then something may 'suddenly' spoil.

otherwise, in normal wear and tear, there will be telltale signs and symptoms that indicate it is soon time to change watever part is worn out. a good (and honest) mechanic is likely able to spot these symptoms during routine maintenance and tell you. a really good mechanic might even be able to estimate for you how long more can tahan before really need to change.

the best is to read up yourself how to spot/feel the telltale symptoms, and visit a regular trustworthy mechanic. example wheel bearing can check your self by twisting wheel left-right, suspension should spot for telltale oil leakage or frequent bottoming out, steering cone if you feel cornering start to feel heavier one side. these things not yet spoil, but inform you that it is soon time to change. before really spoil.

and overhaul.... i donno i rarely hear of jap bikes requiring overhaul within its first COE lifetime. a class 2 honda apparently can reset its mileage reading 3 times before it needs an overhaul. by contrast an older model Aprilia RSV Mille apparently recommended to overhaul by its first reset.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!
