Is drafting a black and white reliable? For exaample

1) Putting a stranger to COI a bike. Black and white stating in any event of accident or non payment of bike, to be beared by subrider. Will LTA, bike shop buy this black and white and not get the owner into trouble?

will LTA or the bike shop consider the black and white?

NO.

LTA will go after the registered owner for everything (except of course in traffic offenses where your legal subrider was the rider), regardless of the black and white. shop will go after the person who signed the sales contract, regardless of black and white.

the only body that accepts the black and white is the court, if in a dispute of anything you bring to the court. then depending on what the issue is, the court may rule that the person is liable instead of you.

example your buyer disappear. shop has the legal right to go after you. their lawyer letter will also go to you. your black and white means nothing. but if you bring to court, with the black and white the court may rule either the shop go after your buyer, or that you must pay the shop but you have legal right to claim back from the buyer. which one i don't know, my knowledge on law not that advanced.

another example: your buyer never pay tax. who does LTA go after? you. even go court also no use, in this instance registered owner is responsible for the bike, no argument.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!
