anyone can tell me wat to do for my case..

 

i was stopping at a traffic junction as there is only 2 lanes .. both side of my got car.. as i stopped more front then both the car.. as u know our foot will be station on the floor while waiting for traffic light to turn green den move off.. when the traffic turns green den my right ride car straight move off as he wanted to turn right . den the car tyre go over my right foot.. den my bike fall as i just wanted to move off only.. that person who knocked me down never even come down to help me or see any scatches on his car .. he just stay inside his car and i think he trying to move off but cant as my bike was blocking his way.. den i went over to him and ask him move to a side... and he also dont want to come down talk.. so i just took his number plate & his name & telephone number.. my foot was injured.. when i reach home i call this number and wtf .. its was a library number -_-.. So i went to make a police report today & went to idac for photo taking & claim against the other party le... So now i should go to bikeshop & ask them help me settle the repair things & my medical fee?????? and how i know whether i win this case or wat??? btw the other party i think he nv go lodge a report... And he is a caucasian angmo... need guidance from u ppl out there wat should i do next =) thankx alot !!!!!!!!!!! sorry like writing compo =p

1. make a claim with the insurer. you can get the particulars of the insurer if you have the licence plate number by paying $5+ at the LTA.

 

2. go and consult a lawyer. there are many legal clinics around who can give you a quick assessment of your situation.
