Had plans for kulai trip on the 26th nov...anyone interested? recently i'm on course so wun hav much time to kip updatin & view the posts...so kindly anyone interested plz do help me keep track....thanks!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

And it aint easy to fight for P2 plan nowadays..Imagine every year, you will have 30+ SSG fighting for 3-4 slots for P2...

One of my frens just got golden handshake.. contract not renewed.. sad huh. Nowadays SAF changed liao.

Nowadays, Beyond the Screen has become more entertaining..More lively i would say...And of cos becoming more like Chatterbox... :lol:

Thats why I decided to leave even when my boss repeatedly told me to extend for another 4 years and immediate promotion.

 

But my 6 years in the SAF I shouldn't say I regret though I thrilled at the idea of ORD. Becos without SAF, I will not achieve what I have today. Sometimes we gotta think of the source when we drink the water.

New & young officers come & go, they always never fail to come up with ideas(good or bad in order to get regconised & promoted). 3G saf is one of them. Even if bad, things will take a turn for the better in a few yrs time). Things in saf always go in a full circle.

Just an example; Few years back, doing things a certain 'A' method was efficient. with a new incoming officer with new ideas and with good creative reporting skills, an inefficient 'B' method replaced 'A'. after he was promoted or posted to another unit as per tour of duty, a new officer replaces him and deem his method B inefficient and proposed method 'A' again. Back to square one.

 

Just like fashion. in the 70s, Bell bottoms was a fashion statement, in the 90s again, it became popular again.
