Will get my bike in time for the outing IF all goes well so let u know by fri night bah. Share with u all my experience obtaining the bike.

 

I must advance pay 2 mths installment means instead of installment end exactly 60

months from today. it will end 58 mths. Sian like that up $480.

Add rider AIG admin fee $65. Shop admin fee $45. Then somemore must be guarantor. SMLJ sia!

 

The shop really tok me jialat jialat sia cos i no $ full settlement. If my friend haven

buy his car i sure back out from the deal 1. Too bad he my friend i cannot throw him die.

 

Changed spark plug there since already in a bike shop. When making payment i ask how much the plugs. Tell me $80. I "HUH?" Called Hanzi, he tell me no plug that's $20 each. Asked shop what brand, tell me 'original'. I ask 'original' is what brand. Keep roti prata talk about other things. End up no answer.

 

Thats just the shop experience. I still kena the lousy AIG service sia.

 

Yesterday call AIG to give me form to add motorbike sub rider. Gave them all the details like policy number and bike number. Then email give me car form to add driver not rider. I call to confirm, they insist correct form, say only got 1 type. So i say how long can be done? Reply me 5 days if done through fax, if come down personally can faster. Today go down, front desk ppl say i must go back agent. Straight away i gan. No use lan lan. They give me agent's number and address. Heng i call 1st. Wrong number, wrong address. F***ed up service. Call agent at least they tell me must go back to finance co there.

My friend also go change engine oil. They say must 3.5L.

Now the bike inside 3.5L considering draining some out. Too much EO will cause engine to overwork. Thought get new bike should be happy but seems like my headaches increase so much more.

For super 4 get NGK G-Power... best and cheap... iridium may feel better but can't last as long...

i using ngk num 9... my mech says original... cost around 12 to 14... he charge me 14...

imo,i think use back the oem plugs the best. i used it when i was riding my super 4. should be NGK CR8EH if i don't remember wrongly. last time i bought was abt $8 for 1. not too sure of the market now. my EO use motul 5100. semi syn enough for the super 4.

yup yup... my neighbour who rides super 4 last time also told me to get 8 but my mech doesn't hae it...

Apoc: Insurance is best u get it wif the bikeshop. Dey will settle the paperwrk for u. U only need to go dw to push them to settle for u quickly. Rather u kena push here & there juz to get the insurance done urself. Anyway if u getting a new bike, best to hav a fren riding dat class type of bike to help u see see & gv opinion. If nt pple will see u lyk newbie & try to "bring u around the world" by their smoke bomb skill. Always hold a suspicious look when u find the thing dey say is suspicious. Den dey will hold back wad dey say.

Actually I don't think it's that hard to get insurance... I used to settle my own insurances, regardless of 2nd hand or new bikes. Just get the logcard/registration and go down to the respective insurance frontdesks, pay your premium and get it done. Should be able to settle it in a matter of few hours.

 

28k total of 5 years loan... Wao. Litre class supersports or high end cruisers?

Cant leh. AIG ask me find Anda Brokers. Anda brokers say they cant just take my request like that, must get approval from finance co. So lan lan do through shop. I really dont want to renew insurance due end of feb through that shop. F*****g 2 mths insurance make me pay $110. If got $ i cancel insurance and just start new 1. Too bad i dun have. Shop then xl also. Say u dont want to pay like this, u full settlement lah.
