say if ride in msia then something happens on the high way..

if yes, will it be more expensive??

yes u can buy malaysian insurance coverage. but only 3rd party.

I tot our Sg motorcycle insurance already covers West Malaysia and part of Thailand within 80.5 km of the border between Thailand and West Malaysia?

 

Unless your referring to personal trip accident coverage on top of the above mentioned...

To my knowledge, that's correct.

 

Whatever policy that you bought, be it comprehensive, third party fire and theft, or third party, all will still be honored..

I'll say third party is the minimium coverage for both Malaysia and Singapore and more or less all the insurance companies in Singapore is the same...

Third party liability motor insurance is good enough to pay for injuries and damage to others when the vehicle is being operated by you. It does not cover injury to yourself or your property.

 

A typical policy from a Singapore insurer should cover use on public roads in Singapore and extend to Malaysia. It should also exclude racing and the like.

 

So it comes back to my original question - what is it that you are trying to insure against?

You confuse others when you say you want to cover yourself and your bike, then say 3rd party also can, then say you want cover for riding to Sepang and anything happens...
