Hi i wanna ask those out there if they got kena like wat happened to me a few days ago wen i received a letter from LTA..

 

The summon was for plate numb and no fender for my bike..Yes i was stopped by a ROV..although i was expecting the letter to come,but the one dat came states the incident took place at my parking lot!

 

wat the fish kebabs??

 

that incident took place somewhere in thomson at 5th sept..the letter states it took place 24th aug..

 

a lot of questions running leh now...is it a seperate offence altogether?

 

and is there such a thing now that any ROV can juz go to any MCP and find fault in the bikes there??

if it state dat the offence in ur parking lot, wudn't it be easy to appeal?

as u can appeal dat u are actually going to change to a proper one dats y u're parking there n not riding it.

i wanted to appeal..but i dunno if the offence is the same as the 1 which ROV summoned me or not..coz the offence was exactly the same as which the ROV summoned me..

kena stop rov,5 sep

letter issued 18 sep..

maybe u want to check from tp's website if u have any other offences other than the one u receive.

if its confirmed that the carpark one is the only one u receive then i think u can easily write an appeal say u took the fender out to replace a new one or something
