Self Bike Accident

Hi forum friends,

 

Just wanna ask 1 question. If we had a self accident and nothing major(injuries). But when TP ride/drive past noticed that we had an accident and stop to question us, will we get any thing (demerit points/fines).

 

Cos what my fren told me is that if we self skidded and got no major injuries or property damage, but if we get stopped we will get 6 demerit points or a fine of $120.

yes its true that we will be fined if we're caught self skidding. EVEN IF it isn't our fault. as to how much and how many points, i'm not sure.

if he see u skidding then got demerit points loh....if he nv withness it just say nv skid he also cannot do anything
