Move off Time: 5.15am

Total Distance Covered(2-way Trip): Est 1200km

Key Stop Point for resting, Petrol and food (subject to changes)..

1. 1st stop at Pagoh R&R

2. 2nd stop at Seremban R&R

3. 3rd stop at Rawang R&R

4. 4th stop at Tapah R&R Shell

5. Taking Tapah to Cameron

1. checkout @ 1200

2. visit to Bee farm, Boh Tea Plantation and sight seeing.

3. visit the daytime mkt at brinchang

4. return to singapore @ 2100

i think is hard for him to claim le ! coz he hit on is the car side

[is the side of the car backside]

n the road is not like he say cant make u.turn !! tat road can be makeing U.Turn 1!!! [ only 1 white line on the central ]

the taxi can point him back ! anyway u guy think will tat taxi say is ownself worng mah ?

my ang mo Suk le alot word don knw how to spell so use my own Eng hope u guy read 1000 time to try understand !

coz tat time he tell us tat taxi is stop on 1 side... when he going to pass by there ! taxi move out to make u. turn than acc happen !

but just now say the taxi is moving ! when he going close to the taxi n tat taxi wanna make u turn n acc happen !

if i am the TP i wan to kill this devil loh telling not e same 1 everytime change .....

Devil don change the report wat u say to tp loh if u say to tp like wat u say to us u siao liao loh they may think u telling lie loh @.@ !

nw the problem muz depends is there any witness...cos this type of case 50 50....

if the driver play punk u die...btw,

Here are some question(s):

1. Does the taxi has any passenger?

2. What the excat location of the accident occur?

3. What Speed were u Traveling at?

4. Did You Tail gate?

5. Where excatly did u hit the taxi?

6. Do u have any eye witness willin to help?

(If yes, pls provide details of the witness to the I.O)

Last but not least, Pls be firm when makin the statement. Do not anyhw change ur statement as this will make u lost the case.

If u r willing to fight, go engage a lawyer.No worry abt the expense becos if u win, the other party will have to pay the cout fees, ur lawyer fees, ur claim, ur transport claim. what u can claim u will be able to claim. Check with the lawyer on what u can claim. When the lawyer sees u, he will tell u if he wan to take the case or nt. If he take up, means he can will for u. if he nvr take up, then ur case sure lost de lor.....

1. There might be passerby. When accident occur, there might have witness who saw and went off.

2. if u say ridin 50-60 km, u can siam the accident unless u are tailgating.

3. If the Taxi driver say u tailgate and die die say is ur fault + got passenger(Statment given will only for record purpose as the witness might be bride by the taxi driver) say oso...chances of u losin the case is high.

4. Lastly pls cfm ur story and statment. pls do not twist n turn the story. U got to firm in ur statment.

5. Devil say cannot u-turn. U sure? Check ur Theory book on whether there is no U-turn sign can u-turn or nt? I noe the ans...but u better go check it out n remember it hard.

In short, just say out what's the truth. by saying the truth, you will be convincing. By twisting the stories, you will not be convincing. There will be loopholes and you will lose your case once the I.O find your statements fishy.
