yup, u can get the white card when on the way in.... and the white card is free of charge. actually the rates are almost the same if u r changing small amount, not much difference.... anyway i dun encourage u to change more if u r not going to Malaysia that often, just change enough for petrol and makan which maybe cost $50 to $60 ringgit = $25 to $30 Sing dollars. if u want to play safe, maybe change $40 Sing loh. (just a suggestion). cheers!
