insurance info for new rider

hi, just got my license a week back but dun dare buy bike yet coz insurance premium like a bit scary nowadays. Then insurance got first party, 2nd party, etc. a bit blur la, any info from experienced riders. btw i also duno wad bike to get, got 3 choices in my head, Sp, Rs125 and Wr200. thxs people:cheeky:

new rider prepare at least 1000 dollars for a third party insurance.. that is the minimum insurance you can get..

tat depends on what u ride and ur age, not juz being new right?

i am new too, 24 yrs old, and paying 600+ for 2nd party.
