Advice on Appealing Under block parking offence

well i cannot hiong at my season parking . . 1 time kana $25 so much more then my season parking lolz

i had kanna 2 times parking under my blk and $100 fine.. both appeal successful. say rain when you come back home and you have all the electronic stuff like notebook and such so you quickly park under the blk to prevent them from getting wet...

 

but points to note

 

1, admit mistake, sound remoseful

2, indicate the reason in detail

3, seek understanding and promise not to do it again

4, be poliet and formal in the whole letter, no begging or acting too proud

i write a appeal b4... ERP 1.. tt time i nv reli write craps.. but i wrote wif all the points listed by delusion.. n they waive off the fine.. as in it was 70 coz i didn recieve the 8.75 1.. so i oso shock den i go appeal..

eh, imagine if the whole parking lot is full, even bikes parked under trees and such, where else should i park huh?.

the town council will tell u to park at other blocks. whatever reason you provide them with, they will just tell you that it is an offence to blah blah blah. the more you reason with them, they will cut and paste their previous reply to you.

just go town council. the person there will help u write letter of appeal one..

lol waffy's reason my friend tried b4 also success.but i find it hard to accept if i am the officer. but i will tried the conbination of bike break down and urgent of going to the loo. BTW here is a place to chat peace, so pls don post any offence comments. thanks
