Anyone know about history,manual of honda steed?

Hi guys! I live in Vietnam, and have got a honda Steed VSE 400 1996.

But I am not know so much about this bike.

I try to find steed user manual on internet but i can't find out any thing. Information about steed is very poor. Thank alot to brothers send me some information of honda steed such as: history, user manual, picture of steed 2007....

I do not wish to burst your bubble dream but there isn't any 2007 Honda Steed in production. As for history, you might want to further elaborate some in-depth details on what you want to find out but, since you have access to the Internet, it shouldn't be much difficulties searching for information on the web including of the manual.

Hi Bro, welcome to the forum. You have a nice bike there. I have a soft copy of the manual but it is 150mb in size. Drop me your email address and I'll see how I can send it to you. Steed400 is made for the Japanese domestic market initially. So no English manual. The English manual I have is on the VT600, they are almost identical. Cheers..

Steed and Shadow are similar. In some countries such as Singapore, it is sold as "Steed", whereas in others such as USA, they are sold as "Shadow". And they come in different sizes also. Shadow/Steed 400, 600, 750, 1100.

yes I agree with you but there are some different details such as: steed gear: 5 speed, shadow gear: 4 speed. according my knowledge, steed engine only have: 400, 600 cm3 and steed 400 is 31hp, shadow 400 is 33hp...that right?

Hi I own a 400 Steed and know 5 other Steed owners and we cannot find any manuals either on the net downloadable free or the pay sites most of the pay sites say they have them but its just a con to get you to join unfortunately.

A great bike and we mostly get parts from Japan

Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks
