Ah An quoted $100 for the radiator. From what I saw, it was good. Rear brake assy with triangle chunk and pump $80 (didn't see part yet) . Box left and right looked OK. Didn't see the lid/cover.

Ah Meng the assistant honcho has put the radiator aside so do ask for him when you go. Ah An may not answer the hp. The sign at the road says TROPICAL FURNITURE so you need to ride in past 10 other units.

Headlight protection. First time see this so my suaku status is confirmed. Will look into it. Thanks for heads up, stwb. Steven Tan Wee Beng, I reckon.. Just kidding. Seriously though, I found debris damage on my radiator. I will fabricate a mesh to cover it. While inspecting the radiator, I found one mounting bolt missing. I am getting stale. Better stop here.

of course no fins damage is the most ideal but our bike already has aged hence can't expect too much. We can best maintain to prevent more fins damaged. I got quite a few liao but so far cooling still good...

 

Speaking which... Coolant what do U all use??

I use Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (Made in USA) cheap & good 3.87L at $25 cash & carry online; another car shop in Tannery Lane selling $23.54... I juz order a bottle online if anyone keen can join in to pulldown price haha...

So far 1 of the few best in my list which consist of BMW Coolant & Motul Ignuel

 

Hmmm... Meaning most of the Deauville here no headlight protector??

Ok some may think it useless jus a piece of plastic but trust me it does work & if possible get the polycarbonate type (similar to Oakleys Lenses) instead of acrylic.... but most if nt all are made fr the later...

 

so little protection is better than no protection... i experiment wif both type of plastic before when I was doing for CB400... I use a hammer drop from a height of 2M+- & hit on the headlight protector that I customise. Acrylic went into smitterns but polycarbonate survive.

 

However polycarbonate has zero tolerance to scratches unless coated like Oakleys...

 

The ones found on Ebay are all made of acrylic & even Powerbronze is also made from acrylic. Unless anyone is interested I can ask my supplier to help fab & it even cheaper than those on ebay lol but the problem is I dun noe if he will be free to entertain my small amt a nt hahaha & not forgetting our headlight is curved...

 

Not promoting or anything guys pls dun misunderstand me...

Juz trying to get the best deals ard since I also nid a headlight protector lol
