In my opinion the time when you can take you newly register bike and ride is ard 1 week upon sucessful bidding of coe. Coe bidding exercise is on the 1st and 3rd wendesday of every month. Coe bidding results will be out on friday. For my case, the road tax is from the following wendesday, so i take my bike on thursday.
