May i know is GSR 400 still selling New Bike in Singapore?

Saw japan website say they have stop production or stop product with a facelift coming soon?

Very good question. This question only SOME well informed people can answer. Please check at your nearest bike shop. They might have something left since clearing stocks already.

Please note, the poisons this bike has will burn VERY VERY big hole in your pockets so be prepared.

I dun think so...

It might rub against ur swingarm...

Sumone ever tried fixing a 190 on his R6,he noticed there's black markings on the inside of the swingarm...

So I guess 600's swingarm are slimmer...

yup worried bt that too.. thks bro.

i wanna change my engine oil today. i stay in the west. any place to recommend?

If you just want convenient and near to your home... maybe you can try the bukit batok industrial estate, the bike shop which I patronize last time is "Hua Chin" if I dun remember wrongly. There are a couple more of bike shops where you can change your EO as well... I am not sure if their prices are cheap or not and whether the EO you're looking for are available there... you have to drop by to check. Different bike shops stock pile different types of EO.

Right now, I am doing most of my servicing at HKL which is at Bukit Merah.

Probably the best question to ask is which type of EO are you looking for, so the bros here can advise you the name of the bikeshop which sells it.

yeah actually just do this for fun, thx for ur tips also!

Simple fitment of a hp rack.

QUOTE]

Hey Jeremy,

Your hp holder is exactly how I have fixed mine... but I have taken out already becos the holder's spring machanism that cramp the HP is not working anymore. Due to expose of rain water... the internal has rusted and the spring when I tried to take it out... it broke. So, just a friendly advise... if you go for bike wash or leave your bike under a no-shelter carpark, best to cover your HP holder to prolong it's usage. Try not to get any water into the internal of your HP holder.

As a added precaution... I also used rubber band to secure my hp to the holder... I do not trust the foam or rubber gripe the HP on the holder... also when we travel, our bike cause vibration which may also accidentally trigger the release catch inside the holder which open the cramp...

Cheers!

On a humor side of view ... maybe our GSR is too satisfied with the refueling and refuse to move after having a full tank. Just like us, after we ate too much, our body tends to be heavier and wanting to rest .. rather than to go running straight away. ok ok... I am not good at cracking jokes... so pardon me if it is not funny.

Anyway... I think I have met with this FI flashing incident too... but with my heck care attitude... I do not bother with it becos the my bike still runs well after I did a restart. One of my friend(work place) who rides a newly bought GSXR 1000 also had this flashing FI which causes him to panick at first... but eventually when I met up with him, he told me it is nothing serious and he practically did nothing to the bike.

Think of it this way... maybe the bike has some technical hiccups... but if this flashing FI keeps on going whenever you start your bike, then probably it's time to go workshop and check out the problem. Like Razi said... it could most likely be the sensor or wiring problem...

Alright folks... have a blazing hot afternoon! May the weather turn better in coming days!

Hi just my 2 cents..this F1 blinking problem happens to my bike quite often.

Just check when the F1 blinks, does the key light indicator lit up also.If yes means our bike sensor cannot sense the chip in our key as our bike is equipped with immobilser.just take out the key and try again should work out fine.If only F1 blink but not the key light indicator means something wrong with our bike..gotta sent for diagnose... this is what my mechanic told me...

What is your idiling set at? It should be around 1k or 1.1k. Any lower, you will have problem with bike always dying off at gear one.

I guess it has been fully tuned by PCIII? Hmmm wonder if MW will accept mass order then maybe can lower the price hehehhe.

Another question is the exhaust having the sticker or metal plate with the words of WR'S? When saw at MW, the metal plates looks nicer.
