there's lotsa pipe out there.. but so far thosee approved for use in SG is juz GPR, leo vince and scorpion. there's only one person wid a scorpion so far n its only approved for 05 models.gpr has d old and new model.old - softer sound.cannot remove silencer. new - bassier sound,silencer can be removed for louder sound. LV has 2 models also the 4Road and SBK.both version can remove silencer.is up to ur preference and budget when buying.power wise also there's diff btwn the models but not so significant.

i think the range wd go from 600 to ard 800 for first hand pipes. . . second hand maybe fetch u ard 300 +/ - . . . gd luck. . .

why dont you guys simply go into the gilera threads an ask all this noob questions or simply read the pages there are so many info there or you can simply post your questions there and i guarantee you will be able to get an answer faster rather than simply opening up another thread.... u wan besi paip ..i got one!

haha.. thanks all.. i wanted to change my pipe to get more pick-up and top spd as the top spd i went on in was only 120.. i hav talk to someone about it and there is no need to change my pipe anymore.. just needa get some transmission changes and its all set to go.. =D

 

anyways where is this shop in kallang that i can find that sells stuff for gilera's.. need the shop name and address if someone would help..

 

wanna go there and see what i can find to improve my bikes power.. =)

 

oh...one more thing, i know i havta change engine oil every 3000 km.. how much does it cost for a normal servicing for a gilera..

i need to know early so i could save money for servicing.. =) thx again..

if u wana kacau ur transmission den it'd be ur variator (changing to multivar or speed control), playing with ur roller weights, malossi torque driver, clutch n bell, stiffer torque/clutch springs.. dats wat i noe lah.. mite nt be totally correct.there are d pros out there who can guide u.changing d pipe only affects like maybe 3-5% of ur performance? and if ur carb/roller setting aint right ur bike also will lose performance.juz my take on this.might nt be right though..

true... better play around with tranmission first...

for me, polini speed control mix with malossi rollers.. size depends on u, lighter or heavier... ur clutch, malossi or polini.. (4 me, its polini..) clutch springs, white ones, used on 2 strokes. clutch springs. there is red, white and yellow in colour all with diff purpose... pipe not much diff.. increase a bit of power only but still got difference... if wanna change ur filter, make sure tuning must be right.. or else not shiook..

High mount of exhaust? i think its legal cos u din tamper with the exhaust.

But you will be screwing with the experts' precise exhaust flow with the longer header. Looks or optimum performance?

high mount is not advisable.. it will make ur bike look nicer but performance wise its the same... if im not wrong, the carbon in the pipe will get stuck in at the mounted part of the pipe and ur pipe will give u problems in time to come.. u can weld ur pipe for safety so that cheapmother F******S wont steal the ur pipe...

hi bro . im a newbie in gilera runner . so need some help . i bought a 2nd hand vxr 200 05 model recently . and i found out tha my meter .. the one which shows the fuel thingy , is always 3 bar even after i pump it full . then i went to ask a passer by who is a runner rider too , he told me that usually the meter always spoil wan , no matter hw much u pump , it wont show full bar . is it so ? if not i going back to bike shop and repair le . and oh ya .. full tank usually how much ? and how far can it go ? can someone help ? :x
