hey guys, question...

i began to realise that whenever i on my ignition/engine, my temperature gauge starts blinking, the first & last bars blinks simultaneously.. any reason for being as such?

most likely spoil oready.. hahaha.. mine like that also but nt the temp bar but the fuel gauge instead.. last and first bar blink only..

ther's a switch at ur top head with a wire socket, sometimes the socket is lose, tats y the temp is not detected to the meter and so it's blinking, try changing the socket if not try making the socket more tighter to the switch.

wire socket at the top head? where exactly are your referring to?

bro,is it ok if i just change the original clutch springs to either malossi spring?

hey guys..ive always wondered whats the diff between a 4 roller mod compared to the conventional 6? i noe i'll have better pick up as it will shave alot of weight bcos 2 rollers has been taken out..but example i use 4 pieces 12g rollers..compared to 6 pieces 8g rollers..wudnt both be the same weight? any pros n cons using 4 rollers?

will it be stable? sounds dangerous... 4 rollers? how u evenly space out the rollers eh?

who gets summoned for not signalling? i did..

its ok bro.. u'll have a better launch, meaning u clutch will hit the clutch bell at higher rpm.. slightly higher..

looks very imbalance here. i think ur variator could wear fast ar like tat. maybe for race or drag will be good, but everyday use?

if u talking abt clutch springs, malossi has 3 colours, yellow, white and red.. red being hardest and yellow softest. but still all 3 springs are harder than stock. the harder the spring, the higher the rpm needed for the clutch to engage. so see wat u haf in mind, a jolting start or a smooth 1.

haha well to me it is..been using this mod for more than a year already..checked my variator and still doing fine..all u do is put 2 rollers opposite each other..haha well dis is what happens when u haf a crazy mechanic who is determined to make ur bike fly..*kidding, not crazy =)*

wut i got???

poor pick up n top speed!!

y this happen to me?

my bike only run till 90kmph..

n just this day my malossi 7 layer belt broke after using abot 9 months...

n im only using my bike on weekend only...

so i think that wus not a hard work for my belt..

haha.. bro there's lots more u have to do before u can a jolting start and better top end.. there's still ur block and powercam to change.there's ur torque driver to change.there's the clutch and bell to change.. basically lots more to be done to the engine and electricals to improve pick up n top speed.. if u want bttr pick up try using red clutch springs and malossi 7 coil contra springs.bt then u'll realise u need to rev ur bike higher before it can fly off the line.top end wise u can try playing with ur rollers and also try fixing a cdi to get rid of the power cut. good luck!
