chop passport there (car side) .. give them Rm5 ... they will give you one booklet

3.30am alarm RING..........RING........... wake up sit on bed ....

than force myself up go brush brush wash wash ....

make a cup of coffee .... ON the comp ... drink coffee ...

than OSH .... go toilet let go let go .... than go drink coffee

than search net .. post post abit ... then change to ridding gear

than ... drink coffee ... than 4.30am go down start bike

than ride to GP reach ard 5.15am ... lor
