Btw the final conclusion for this Thread topic is.

"Read Terms and Condition Carefully before Penning down & acknowledge. If Complications occur during the course of Installments, Pls do an arrangement & discuss with the bikeshop on how the issue could be settled which is fair for both parties."

 

The mistake that Person A did is:-

"He never called up bikeshop and negotiate on how to solve the overdue installment."
