Representative on Ownership Transfer

Just wish to enquire if the buyer himself need to go to LTA with the seller to do the transfer? Can someone represent him with his IC and signed form to do the transfer? What other documents needed?

i remember there is a form for bike seller/buyer to formally authorise another person to do the ownership transfer on his/her behalf. do check w/ the LTA website or hotline.

Just fill up the pink colour form and best with letter of authorization will do i guess.. If not just call up LTA to dbl confirm..
