I have Real Media Player files... But I dun wanna download Real Media Player to watch it. VLC and Windows Media Player can't work... What's the solution?

File conversion? Any good suggestions without taking up space in my PC?

I have k-lite codecs with Window Media Player but still couldn't play those goddamn RM videos...

yes.

real alternative is a toned down version of a windows media player.

Real player is a proprietory software company. they own the rights for all RM* codecs

its something PDF documents need Adobe acrobat reader to read. using your MS word or other programs cannot (except Preview for Mac)

this is also the reason why there isnt any other players out there that can play RM files. look at... china brand mp3 or wide screen media players like iPod touch or creative Zen (sorry dunno model) or even Multi whatever DVD players that can plan DiVX files. also Sony PsP also cannot play these file types.

for windows users, real alternative is the best alternative.... for now

Hiz,

I got the following prompts when trying to view my DVDs on my laptop.

"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card."

What it means?

I think my video card is quite updated as i couldnt find any new updates on the net at all.

Thanks!
