2. BT021 - Mileage (for front tire only) = 11,000km to 12,000km with 70/30 rider-pillon and 60/40 city-highway. Front wears off first. Touring = 2.5; Street Sport = 4; value for $$ = 3.5

Pls keep your rear tyre down while riding, will ya? Stop doing endo on the road

1. BT056 - good mileage 14,000-15,000KM. Wears both tires out equally. Touring = 4; Street Sport = 4??; value for $$ = (Manz and Spy pls comment)

Personally i find the stock tyres(Bt56) not too bad, i managed to clock close to 20K KM before changing. Signs of wear were spotted at around 16~17K.

Another thing to take note regardless of any tyres, constant long distance riding will wear out the tyre faster as compared to short distance riding, even though it clocked the same mileage. Eg, To and fro Thailand is around 2000km. If i ride up 5 times, the tyre would wear out faster as compared to daily riding of 10,000km.

I thought a thought. But the thought I thought wasn't the thought I thought I thought. If the thought I thought I thought had been the thought I thought, I wouldn't have thought so much.

Tyre pressure? Did you constantly maintain it at the optimum PSI?

If not then could be the 'load to bike' ratio liao :cheeky:

wah so direct ah :cheeky: I feel the tyre usage might be cause by the riding style too i.e. hard braking...Do u think the softness of the suspension will affect how long the tyre last as well?? I might be wrong. What you guys think?? o_O
