Draught, Manzz, Zai and Jap and their pillons too tired liao la, so they went back first ma.

 

initially i thought all using PIE scardi......i go chase after musso......in the end i see andrew n kaiwen behind me.......after a while zai comes but he exit bke......then its musso me n andrew/kaiwen only......initially was travelling slow but slowly he pick up speed and when musso feels that the bike ok liao,he signal me thats he's fine then i blast away travelling ard 300++km/hr and i reach my carpark in 5mins time.........

 

actually u guys should try using AYE exit clemeti ave 6 to PIE, see if this route is faster, cos i feel that is faster a little bit

I am really prepared for the corner...but then, so dark sia...HID oso not enough, and I have to on my high beam and still not enough :cheeky: hehehe...

Yah - maybe repair liao then tune down your riding style to preserve the bike. Or change to a smaller CC bike (Gilera?) while you save up for the next "big thing". Sometimes we get carried away in our jokes about upgrading, but don't be pressured la.

 

Ok - I feel i've to do the AL job reiterating following again:

While it feels great to upgrade, we also have to live within your affordability. Don't get yourself into a situation where you upgrade a new bike but can't use it fully coz not enough $$.

 

Or worse, getting yourself in a situation where you have to borrow from others. :nono: Not only does it inconvenience others, but it is not a healthy practice. Biking is not the only thing; we have friends and family; career and personal achievements.

 

If you ever take a bike loan and thinking of stretching it, make sure your bike is worth the keep. Or else settling the loan prematurely will end up huge loss.

Bet you already know the above points. You have been survived well by Lana... hope you able to troubleshoot what happen to your Lana (cake).

I believe our bro Musso is wise enough. Looking at him reminds me of my NS days.. where I already have my Class 2 licence but I tahan with my S4 till i get my finances in check.. My first class 2 bike only comes 4 years after I passed the test..

 

So Musso, no pressure to get a bigger bike. Go easy with your Lana and keep on maintaining her so that she wun give you major problems. Next time when you are financially stable, consider getting a good class 2 bike that is withing your means. Apologies for not waiting yesterday. Me and Blue already spent almost 12 hrs across the causeway yesterday and too damn shagged..

 

Wayne- FAST BIKE!!! Woo!! I think the aftermarket windshield helps man.. Good bike = Great buy! Congrats!

 

Zai - Thanks for organising the bird session dude. Looking forward to the next one when my tank is empty. Yesterday my tank half full lah thats why cannot eat so much..

And glad everyone came back safe and sound yesterday. Try not to 'detour' so often okie guys? Especially on dark roads..

 

Today shall be my last Sunday that I will enjoy.. Next Sunday onwards is gonna be filled by Monday blues.. cos starting new job liao.. haha.. how fast time flies when you are lobo-ing around.. :dozed:

i just finish checking the bike. i cant spot any problem. the headers are fine meaning spark plug n piston are ok. tune the idling to 1000rpm. bike runs well with that 'stupig' sound. lag of power.. i believe carburator choke?? i will bring the bike down tmr.

 

why never upgrade?? >> well, i want to earn my own living first. if i can survive, then i'll upgrade. i was with Lana for 2 yrs and still counting, running strong below 160km/h. btw, my dad is downgrading his cb13 cos he cannot ride a heavy bike permanently.

 

when got chance, 08 cbr 600 or 1000. honda all the way :thumb::thumb::thumb:

BTW, you might want to check the air hose that goes into your carb. See if its lose or leaking or something. It might be the cause of your sudden "power cut".

Nice feel for short burst of pick-up and manoeuvrability - smaller wheel base really can manoeuvre easily. Handle bar also nearer to rider - more comfy. Hmmmm...
