Ans: one grandfather, one father and one son so equal to 3 people

 

liew... actually first reply by ah jap already correct liao! he say one father got one son, den the son also got son, means the grandson liao wad... means the ah pek is father#1, the uncle is father #2 AND son#1, and the si gin nah is son #2 mah... anyhow mark paper one!:dot:

Question: Three boxes are all labeled incorrectly, and you must get the labels right.

The labels on the boxes read as follows:

 

[box 1] nails

[box 2] screws

[box 3] nails and screws

 

To gain the information you need to move the labels to the correct boxes,

you may remove a single item from one of the boxes. You may not look

into the boxes, nor pick them up and shake them, etc.

 

Can this be done? If so, how? If not, why not?

The thing is its not abt how many question & how many answer...the thing is you copy wholesale, w/o verifying is the question is there or not in the 1st place :dot:

Wah...this is abit hard...let me try...

so meaning [box 3] cfm is not a mixture. we can take 1 item out.

 

- if it's a nail, then it would be a box of nails only.

then the [box 1] will be screws & [box 2] will be nails & screws.

(cos if [box 1] is nails & screws, then it makes [box 2] to be correctly labelled right at the start, but ALL are incorrectly labelled)
