too fast wont fail de... its your other mistakes, plank 5.27 ok, concentrate on other mistakes.

look far but feel the movement.. i try to look straight all the way to the fence..

feel the movement, too fast use rear brake, feel tat u r gonna stop or lose balance? release clutch to almost the biting pt (but not yet), and turn the throttle and close back (this is the 'blowing throttle method', i think the instructors for 2a and 2 say lidat). This will temporarily allow u to regain balance but hardly move at all for 1 sec or slightly less.. do this a few more times and u'll find tat 7 secs is nothing.. definitely can achieve 11 to 20secs or more..

That time I took my sub 8.. my plank timing also ard same as urs... 5 something and little bit more.. n... but still I pass la.. keke... nt showing off... but just wan to tell u.. everything really relys on luck.. just my 2cents thought... cos.. when during warmup before TP.. I actually drop while taking my plank.. tat time... my heart was like.. this time gone case le.. but still.. when comes to actual.. swee swee.. nothing happen... so.. I think.. so long u dun drop out of the plank.. is ok de.. but I think is ur other courses tat hai u to lose ur points de.. focus on other deducted points better... kekek.. dun worry too much la.. if a kuku me can pass u all also can de loh.. dun stress dun stress..
