pay first. get the cert show it to your S1 and claim back.

depend on your S1 clerk actually. but should be given back to you with your monthly allowance within 1-2 months.

 

you need that cert in order to ride in to camp (that is if your csm or higher up allow also). if not, can take the risk and park outside the camp.

but check with bbdc and your s1 cause i remember only 1 price leh. but anyway if really public is 50+ and saf personnel 60+. saf can claim back 50% (you only need to pay 30+) or 100% (totally free)... still more worth than taking it after you ord and pay the full sum.

their pylons are not cones in a straight row.. quite messy.. dont know how to say or put.. their plank is not plank.. is formed by using cones.. dont know what else they do liao..
