then on deadline he give me some lan jiao excuse, i nice guy, give him 2 more days. end up what happened? he disappeared without a trace.

When I look through the used bikes sections, I always see people mention about the first 2 alphaberts of their plate no. (e.g. FU plate)

Is it the same as cars which you can determine the year it was first bought?

If it is, can someone please enlighten me on how to see the plate for the number of years it has been around?
