i overhauled my wave at Planet back in 2009, coz piston jam, engine oil finished without me knowing.

rebore engine block, new piston, new piston ring, conrod plus bearings, engine oil and labour, not more than S$350.

 

 

 

Local made rear suspensions' quality can be trusted?

Worth to purchase?

 

I myself bought at jb for my rear shock. It was good at first but after that is still reasonablelah....

LAstly... any1 knows and can intro a shop that can make the wave fuel tank bigger?? like using up the extra space compartment .... i cant take it man... pump too fast.!!

btw for suspension for wave YSS suspension (the high end ones) should be good, I saw Unique Motorsports pricelist selling at 200 bux anyone bought that? was thinking getting cheaper from Thailand or not

you seem to be knowledgable... please enlighten me ..

anyways.. as for me i upsize the disk for purely looks..

change the pump to SP pump. i get freaking awesome braking....

not a pro modder nor a ahbeng kia modder.. just change some things to look abit nicer and feel abit nicer...

i also dont mod engines. defeats the purpose of the bike....

get a new one bro. old ones the exhaust will be like dark golden especially near engine there... sound may not be as loud as sparks's yoshi brand exhaust but u will definitely b more throttle happy.

YSS rear shock. Can't remember the shop name. The mechanic is a botak guy and an ex-excel cycle mechanic.

Ya thats cheap now even chraper he only collect 1k from me. He is my collegue going bsck to malaysia. Thry earn big bucks so this kind of bike small money to them.
