:sweat: Miss, i'm thinking instead of walking, how abt we go find a tall HDB block & climb staircase? Never try b4, but i think its a good exercise. Walking for me too sian already, cos recently i walk alot during my work. Must find something to climb :smile:

My block is 16 storey leh, wana try climbing stairs here :smile:

:smile: 16th storey not high enough, have to find those high rise 40 storey type :smile: Climb 1 round enough liao mah. Wat u think, Good idea?

Staircase training is best if u get to train in a big stadium like the National Stadium

where u can run up and down and in circles.

 

Running up & down commercial or residential buildings may arouse questioning or

suspicion ( with the terror alerts nowadays ... haha)

 

You can try Bukit Timah or Mt Faber Hill .... best places to train uphill running in SG.

Had tried both and basically no stamina to run up but rather walk slowly uphill..... can enjoy the scenery at the same time

Well, have not fix up any programme yet..... wonder if any1 would b keen to go climbing at Bt Timah reserve over the weekend?

If yes, mayb can arrange 1 healthy outing there..... smell of the trees.... hear the sound of insects..... so serene...:thumb:
