Hi... i am a RVF rider... jus to answer ur qns... y RVF is so popular... it is depending on each desire... if u really go for speed, CBR will be a wiser choice as it can clock more than 240 km/hr... but wat i like about rvf is the unique sound that it has... whenever u start ur bike, everyone know that its RVF... same as PGM4 when it clutch in... although RVF top speed is not so good as CBR, its pick up will confirm win... tested and proven... if u all realise, RVF is higher and shorter compare to CBR... with its pro arm, cornering is more stable than CBR... previously when i was thinking of which bike to get, CBR really tempted me due to its price... 1 1/2 CBR = 1 RVF... but now i got my RVF, i didnt regret cos it is really a good bike... i am able to control my bike very well when corneriong... i believe that if all of u have this qns in mind, u should really try RVF... and you will know y so many pple are willing to pay that price jus to get a 10 year old bike... [correct me if i made a mistake] upzzz for all RVF rider....

RVF Newbie Outing (Laojiaos are strongly encouraged to attend as well) Lately, we have an influx of new members who have just bought their RVF's. There are also members that will be selling their beloved V4 soon. Lots of people have been asking for outings so let's get the ball rolling! This outing will be held in the beginning of June in the evening. There will be a place for newbies (and laojiaos) to meet and eat, then sip kopi as we discuss about our V4's, and everything under the sun as well. There will be a photo session too if the turnout looks good. And it'll be done with a camera that's not el-cheapo. Rounding around Singapore will be expected after the meetup too. ==== First and foremost I need to know when is the best time for the meetup. I have proposed a few dates for all of you to vote from: May 31 Saturday 1 votes or June 7 Saturday 1 vote (feel free to suggest other dates as you see fit...) Location wise, it'll be a combination of these, not in order. Routes may be added/removed as we so decide. Meetup: Marina Bay Old Seafood Restaturant or Kallang KFC (near the former Nat'l stadium). After-meetup rounding (and maybe toilet) stops: 1. Changi Beach (CP opposite the freight centre) 2. Yasir Restaurant (Serangoon Rd, near Boon Keng MRT) 3. Lau Pa Sat 4. and of course, Selatar Dam (aka. Yishun Dam) The aim of bringing you guys to these locations is to show the public our V4 stronghold. But no speeding pls! lol... i ride smoothly lei... hardly exceed 100km/hr... but its still like that... after i change piston and block, the mech got help me tune.. so i don think its that problem... maybe i try goin back to agl again lor... i think my sch have started... wat abt end of august?? or maybe sept?? u free?? we have a short trip... and also can call more SP riders to come along too...

hey guys... how come ur FC is so less... without reserve, i can onli go the most 140... with reserve is onli abt 160... i jus change my piston and a 2nd hand block at agl... but it still like this... any idea y?? oh ya... btw, anyone is interested to go for a ride around malaysia?? i am keen on it but not familiar with the roads and no one acc... anyone interested in it?? maybe a short ride for abt 2 days if possible...

hi to all... i jus got an Aprilia Atlantic but i don not know much abt it and i just get my licence... hoping that i can find some help over here regarding my bike like how to maintain it, change oil and more... or maybe we can have a small gathering outside to drink coffee n tok abt our bike... anyone interested??
