  11. why don't you try contacting agv in italy. think they can do something about it. i have read somewhere in some website that they are more responsive than the distributors in the respective countries. only thing is probably you need to send the helmet there. but send them some pictures first. don't think regina will help you. but crack? its made of some thermoplastic right? . not fibre class or carbon fibre.
  12. Many using the AGV helmet will buy a bigger size, but should it be this way? Because the AGV motorcycle helmet is an Italian brand. This means that it does not fit like your Japanese and Korean brands. The Italian philosophy is to make every helmet a full-blown race helmet without much consideration for the average street motorcycle rider. The padding of an AGV helmet is extra thick and snug while the shell is small and compact to minimize weight and maximize aerodynamics. A well fit Italian made helmet will feel like it is too small compared to other brands because it will fit very snug. The advantage of this snug fit is that the helmet never buffets in the wind stream at very high speeds. When you turn your head at high speeds, the helmet stays in position and turns with you giving you instant visualization of the next turn when you are riding fast. So many end up with a size larger in the AGV helmet to get the same fit as other brands. so far i've used agv's, shoei's helmets and even a dainese helmet and I feel, that is the case. i also always wear a balaclava in my helmet to keep it clean, but i believe this can also help with the folded ears some of you are experiencing.i wear it like rally drivers do. open face instead of ninja like.
  13. fpr 2A, i went through stage 1 once and stage 2 and 3 twice, but I went for 4 practice. I really wanted to be sure. Yes I got 8 points similar to my 2b and then i also went for about 4 practice lessons after my lesson 8. yup i spent more money, but passing first time is what I want although i spent more money. another rumour which i heard is that its easier to past in the last 3 months of the year.

  15. i don't look down on kup, but some kup riders are a little reckless on the road. thinking they are riding bicycles, weave in weave out, no signal and never check blind spot. hazard to road users. but i must say, some of the kups these days are really nice.
  16. you can park at the basement of ttsh. entry is just after the taxi stand on the right. This entrance is the one facing novena. entry is free.
  17. arms relax, throttle each time before you hit bump and once cross bump, rear brake lightly.you must coordinate your brake, clutch, throttle, balance and control and like katana777 say,if cannot chiong and lose some points to avoid immediate failure..
  18. i think you should get a class 2A eventhough you only got to ride a year. get used to the weight and power and most of all experience on the road on a bigger bike. The way you handle a 2 B bike is quite different to a 2A or 2 bike. You know we all ride our 2B bikes like bicycles sometimes, alot of bad habits because we know our legs can still support the weight when we lose balance etc. When it comes to 2A and 2 . No chance. You don't ride properly, you're going to suffer. I used to ride a 100kg bike and now a 200plus kg bike. World of difference. Yes you will lose some money, maybe $1000 or so when you sell, but the experience gained is priceless.Would you rather fall off your 2nd hand 400cc bike then your shiny new class 2 bike if it ever happens?

  20. Bike Sold An Aprilia Mojito 125cc for sale Colour: Blue/White (FBA Plate) I'm the 2nd owner Mileage:19xxx kilometres Price: $5000 negotiable Fully paid Payment: Cash only I've upgraded to a bigger bike thus selling off. For pictures sms to me at 94563113 and I'll send you one (Nick Tan)
  21. listen to a mojito rider. not hearsay. i ride a mojito. expensive? 2nd hand about 5k plus. fuel consumption full tank to reserve light on about 200km. 15000km full servicing $200. oil change at 5000km $10. brake pad about $45. parts are not hard to find. Mah has them. parts are truly expensive if damaged. maintainence, easy, nothing to worry about as it is a 4 stroke. singapore only sell the 125cc version. so all in all, if you don't crash its not that expensive to own this bike.
