actually sat/sun morn would be good, since most of the guys are working. i do have a few places to suggest - the old tanjong katong girls sch basketball court/field (which is just beside the court) -nus: here can choose between playing on the hard courts, there are several to choose from or the multi purpose open field, which is pretty big, where we can jus play a mini game. - old bradell-westlake sec sch basketball courts: tends to be crowded during the weekends i think though

i too experience 'eek' sound coming from my rear brake. but a check shows that the pad is not worn out or anything. what could be the problem? by the way it happens mostly during the first few minutes of my ride.

yup, agree with wat bro kambing said, which is to use a spannar, find a pivot point and bring the lever back to position (very much like opening the lid of milo tin). my rear brake lever was dented the same way as your gear lever before and i saw the mechanic using this method to bring it back to position. good luck bro...
