Piaggio MP400 is a city-version - less power, but more storage and better wind protection. Put two together - you'd get strange stares at the FUOCO!!! :cheer:

i throw away e packaging le..

but i guess its e culprit..

cos usually voltmeter r tab to ignition. but i lazy to tap so did a direct connection and i tot it wont draw much power if left 24/7.

but i was wrong.. haa lesson learn..

will try to rewire somewhere if i hav e mood to remove my windshield (which was a PITA)

next time u can try taping the red wire to the pole light, the the black to the - pt of the battery. :cheeky:

Hi all,

Im very interested in this Fuoco as my next bike but unfortunately, today the ppl at ASP told me that these scooters are no more imported into Singapore. How true is this?

If it's true, then i guess need to look at the MP3 400 instead...

Oh really? 400 mp3 more saleable thats why.

Piaggio bring in Fuoco in batches. Bike shops get their bikes from agent. It is best to check with the Piaggio agent on the next shipment.

Not many units are brought in though, 5 to 10 each batch, I think.

It seems singaporean cant get away from "i cant be seen with this weirdo" kinda attitude... The fuoco is an awesome scoot though...

haa im feeling e opposite..

many ppl came up to me ask bout my bike and my decals (as currently mayb e 1 and only in sg with full carbon sticker)

once i went touring in a group with my frens, and 1 of my fren said: "no matter wat bike u ride, ducati, bmw, triumph with loud exhaust, ppl always 1st to notice e gilera fuoco and miss out e rest."

Saw this on Youtude, looks like a hybrid between BMW c1's top and below dunno what, but looks relatively easy production against revolutionary concepts or MP3 on the market. The back wheel looks so much like a golf buggy transmission setup.

I see... Awesome then... Now between the choice of this and the mp3 400... the 400 really got a nice amount of boot space that i like! But Fuoco got the style and the power! Hahaha

it depends to individual.. for me i choose e style.. boot space can be overcome by a top box..

and im happy with it till now..

haha, for me i choose fuoco bcoz of the unique look and preferred more power! lol

Went up NSH again and managed to do another set of f/c test:

(all readings are from meter)

(all test distance are above 100KM.)

(no luggage)

Riding 1-UP at average 120KPH - 20.7KM/L (done twice)

Riding 1-UP at average 130KPH - 20.0KM/L (done twice)

Longest stretch w/o refueling was Ayer Keroh to GP Esso @ 130KPH.

Fuel cost round trip to KL: S$35 (incl toll)

Interestingly, doing 140KPH yield poor F/C of 16KM/L.

There's a side-test - to see how many NSH users turn their heads to look at a FUOCO!!! Upz to FuOcO!! :cheer: :thumb:
