Fuoco seems like an interesting bike.

Anyone know if a cheap and good second hand fouco is available?

dun tink can find 1 ard forum for now.

mayb u hav to try look ard at shops

Posted

Thanks Chubb.

I read fuoco weighs about 250kg without fuel.

Is the weight of the bike at the bottom, just like other scooters? So still feel light weight.

If the weight is at the top like other motorcycles, then fouco will be very heavy for me.

Wondering if Piaggio parts maintenance is expensive for fuoco?

Anyway Fuoco may be heavy but after riding it for a while, u will get used to it..

It's a fun and relax bike with enough torque for Singapore roads..

Checked with AiDeHua (agent) yesterday. about $12000 machine price, around $1300 for transfer, insurance, road tax, total $14000 without coe.

Seems like AiDeHua is cheaper.

But if u noticed MP3 (400cc) was $11900 some time back. So for fuoco (500cc) at this price, is cheaper already.

MP3 & fuoco, both same weight, but fuoco more powerful, so fuoco should be a better performing bike.

Fuoco is more to performance but underseat space not as spacious as MP3 400..

Um William, so far what I read is fuoco seems to vibrate (struggle?) when move off with pillion, and when moving up slope too.

Doesn't seem to be having much power if bike behave like this.

Strange for a 500cc.

vibration is normal for all fuoco.

vibrate ard 3-3.5krpm

having dr pully rollers shd lighten e vibrate

dun worry power is stil there, juz dat speed wise is not dat fast as other maxi-scoot as its not build for speed.

mp3 400 does not vibrate

John was not around when I visited ADH. A lady upstairs told me these charges.

Sorry, I meant to say about $1300 for admin fees, insurance and road tax.

I guess whatever charges needed to become OTR price excluding coe.

The vibrations can be done away with lighter rollers or changing hit clutch..

despite the vibrations, u still can have all the power u want when moving up slope, lol..

To me the power is enough (although sometimes i hope for a 1000cc power,haha)..
