Ha ha i posted the 4D from youtube on facebook and someone commented "Mind as well get a car with 4 wheels"

Then i think and think that it make sense although bike is cheaper but it isn't so. Car tyre Falken cheapest $85/pc

And if you're gonna change 4 tires for the 4D it's not going to be cheap it'll be like changing car tires. Unless of course you got the dough and want something funky

I was quote around $400 but found out there's an easier way to do it @ http://modernvespa.com/forum/topic82776. They say it should be done @ 20,000km mark & will help on any stalling issue. Now to find a willing shop to do as per the link

I just bought a 09 Fuoco. So very new to this beast. Need advice from all Brothers and Sisters.

Is there like a Fuoco Club in Singapore?

Anything I should be aware and be careful of?

What type of petrol is recommended??

Where or what mods can I do to this beast? Mainly cosmetic?

Any recommendation for a top box? Stylo, big enough for 2 helmets yet reasonable price, anything from $200-$300?

1.6bar front and 2.4bar rear

Don't mess it up. Because the tyre pressure can affect your handling drastically.

Earlier there was a tiong in Singapore who rode a fuoco for a very short time said the Fuoco is very unstable and not as good in handling compared to the MP3. Then I found that he didn't know what tyre pressure is. I almost fell off my chair. I didn't bother asking him if he knows that the preload of the shock absorbers on the fuoco can be adjusted.

The preload means the pre-loading of the suspending element in the case of the fuoco is the coil springs static loading. When you go to the bike, look at the lower spring seat, you can see that the spring seat can be adjusted by steps with a C wrench. This can help to compress the coil spring's static compression rate giving it lesser travel but higher resistance against compression. Higher grading dampers come with damping adjustability to helps to ensure the damping forces suit the spring pre-load condition.

 

A layman way of describing can mean higher spring preload normally gives better handling but compromises on comfort.

mayb yr suspension not enough hydraulic oil. bring to shop check better.

there no fuoco club in sg, previously only had a few meet up wif another 3 fuoco riders, but 2 of them sold off..

nth in particular to be aware of, juz ride like a normal scoot. juz be careful on using e suspension lock and hand brakes.

petrol i believe any type will do

top box gt alot of choice. big and good wld be givi e450, e55, e52, v46, or HnB also not bad.

I changed to dr pulley hit clutch and 19g rollers i gt 230

Better pick up in compensate to 230 millage
