Can I assume that "COI" means the bike isn't under your name, Soompi ?

COI means carry on instalments?

You are ther owner or you are the subrider that is carrying on paying the instalments?

And you want to displace yourself as the subrider or you are suggesting that the bike has one owner and 2 different subrider?

We all here to learn, nothing wrong there.

And yes. Most bike shops has some bikes that is any rider insurance.

That you send in your bike for repairs, they can loan you a bike. And most such bike shop bikes looks very kooky. Goes well with a kooky helmet. :p

Just go back to your bike shop and they will settle the matter for you bro.

However, for some shops, if the add rider is not your relative, they will make you re-sign the agreement and make the add rider your guarantor, especially if you are letting the sub rider carry on your installment. This is a safeguard the shop is putting for you in case the sub-rider defaults his installment payment, he will also be held responsible (ie if he wants you to die, the shop makes sure that you hug him too and die together). However, please be reminded that the shop will make you pay the agreement fee, like what you paid when you bought your bike initially. Usually it's about $100plus. And if the sub-rider is younger than you, you will also have to top up the fee difference. So be prepared for this although most of us are still wondering what the hell are the agreement fees for.

I am advising you based on my experience as I had done this many times already bro.
