No insurance means the bike cannot go be transferred to your name. The only exception is lay up upon transfer. So you have to put deposit with the seller, get your insurance done, then meet at lta to transfer and pay him the rest of the money. Otherwise if no insurance then lay up when transfer, then you have to go LTA inspection, then buy insurance and road tax then can ride away.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

Riding without valid insurance may cause you your hard-earned license, if u have any. If not, it's serious case too. Lol

There's no reason to be without insurance. You can buy online and have it effective the very next day. That's what I did. Bought mine at NTUC online on Sunday, received the insurance cert via email a short while later, went to LTA to do the transfer with the seller on Monday, and rode home that same day.

can some one advise me

like i buy a 2nd hand bike but cant ride due to no insurance
