hi guys,

i want to re-spray my helmet. so how can i remove the delicate psb sticker safely as i will want to paste it back after the spray is done?

 

any tested/proven methods?

i dont think it can be reused at all after peeling off...

iya but seriously TP won;t reli catch u without the psb sticker as long as he aready know is legal (e.g. evo II helmet common n is known to legal )n next will he bother to stop u for tt sticker .. as long as u wear a helmet.. unless he is picking on u .. but if u wan to play safe u can use khaitronic method ..

its not so much about TP.. its more of in cases of accidents. the insurance company can refuse to let you claim if your not using a approved helmet.

those normal sticker can be steam.. but not this psb sticker... :) go try ask ah boy , heard b4 he has it.. no 100% confirm..

u can go ask any of ur insurance agent friends...

they have right to refuse claims if ur not abiding by the law..

 

is using a psb approved helmet required while on the road. yes.

Yup, removal of sticker is hard cos of the special glue it used. Actually, we dissolved the glue using petrol. but no garantee that it will stick back on correctly after glue is dissolved.

 

Best idea as what previous post said, used a masking tape and cover the sticker and respray, in turn after respray, just remove the masking tape and PSB sticker stay intact.
