has anyone used dunlop qualifier on track b4?is the performance good ?and is it good for street riding as well...how is it compare to M1 ?

Qualifier is stock on my buddy's 06 R6. He is using it right now for his run in on tracks. So far, his comments is that Qualifier not grippy for track. Front gave a little last Sat when he's doing his 2nd stage run in.

He previously use RS yrs ago and from his memory, RS simply sticks. So you can roughly gauge how does the Qualifier performs on the track. I decided against putting on the Qualifier already.

Unless the Qualifier selling on bikeshop's tyre racks are not the same as the ones that come with the stock 06 R6, I shall keep my 2 cents to myself.

Hope this helps.

u are right. dunlop QFF on 06 R6 is not the same as Dunlop QFF that comes from factory. usually there will be some differences.

In what way different may I ask? So let's say if I want to purchase a set of QFF from bikeshop, how can I tell it's different from the ones that's on a 06 R6?

i read in mag before that manufacturers normally put on a specially designed tires on stock bikes for a few reasons. i think one of them is to get the weight down ie the tires are lighter, other features iam not too sure.

the threads on the bike for stock 06 r6 is more. the factory dunlop QFF lesser threads on tire and what i feel the tire is stickier thats all
