tis bike shop give me 2 very screw up expriences.

er.. i just paid $45 to them...

 

 

 

$20 for a bottle of Castrol R4 engine oil

and $25 to wash carb...

 

 

TOTAL = $45..

 

actually wanna charge me another $6 for 3 bulbs the one where ur meter is?.

But i say warranty den they dun count that.. But they say the $45 is not under the warranty.. wth?

oh.. i forget to say that the engine oil is he remove himself one the mechanic... I din even ask him to change.. I tot is the standard operation procedure to change the engine oil when washing of carb..

 

 

not to mention the mechanic took quite alot of my petrol out.. to wash.

and he din even do a proper job.. Went out one round.. need to push back cos engine die off den cannot start anymore.. cos i tink he din fix the petrol the tube properly..

 

 

All these are facts.. Dun believe can always gif me a call to verify lo. i explain everything slowly to u..

Sometimes its easier to say stand up and fight fight fight.. IF, you are not the one in the victim's shoes.

 

Cos eventually, the so called supporters magically disappear once the mighty mighty lawyers send a letter.

 

Therefore, it's just much advisable to use the SEARCH function, do up your research, and go to a place recommended by the vast majority and then, decide if it's gonna be ur resident bikeshop thereafter.

my experience with albert motors wasnt that good as well....that was when andrew's previous assistant kenneth was there...now the plump guy there seems pretty friendly...but im too scared to go back there again....HKL is the best for me so far in terms of standard of service and knowledge of mechanics

i think you shld go down with some of ur KPKB frds and give the boss a good dressing down.For my case, esp from Albert Motors, i will not take the new bike unless everything on the agreement is fulfilled. Then Andrew will make the effort to chase his lazy workers.
