1.change CDI

2.change clutch and springs

3.change multivar/variator

4.change rollers

5.change speedbearings

 

if u want to increase top speed to around 135km/h,use heavier rollers..

if u want to increase to 150+km/h,change to a bigger bike..hehe

monthly servicing?u rich ah wanna do monthly servicing? hahaha

1 time servicing already cost $200+ and each service can last abt 2-4 mths depending on personal riding preference..

ride like those "uncle/ah pek" type and ur servicing can last for 4 mths..

ride like those fanatic/crazy racers and u'll need to service every 2 mths..

wat happen to ur bike that piston,rods,etc..all corroded ?

 

what the mechanic told me was that the coolant had leaked into the engine and block..

Hi guys, sorry to bother but recently i've noticed white stains on my bike flowing from the coolant cap and sometimes, the stains are still wet and it is very evident that my coolant is overflowing.

 

my gilera runner still runs smoothly and doesnt overheat, but i'm still worried. could there be any problem?

Go back to Piaggio Agent and have it checked.

maybe u exceeded the MAX level of your coolant container. its always recommended to keep it within the level cause anything above the Max will be expelled out when the vehicle is on the move due to pressure.

future scootering got package. $200 for belting roller and clip. I think they include servicing as well. check it out.

Gosh...!!! try not to hit too much off 15000km... do not want anitin to happen to ur bike or especialli u... time for a full servicing... Sunrise, Taihin and future scootering got package... all ard $200... depends whether u want malossi, pollini or stock package... dun mind asking, do u do servicing of EO,oil filter and etc b4 ur 15000km...? if u dun, go for full service fast... sorie.... coz u sound reali lost...

bro... ur scaring him off... rileks bro.. we got a potential new fwen in the gilera world... be nice bro...

 

btw orange, if u take care of ur bike like ur wife... she wont give u much probs... ride the bike for a year, the onli prob i had was leaking coolant... got it change for $150 last year... so far good to go... no complain for my bike...love her lot lot... mayb not mush prob coz bought her at 1st hand... hopefulli its prob free...

if ur into mods, the parts are expensive... as wat ninja sae, aftermarket stuff are expensive... gilera is like a girl, if u like a gurls to look good, sound good, perform good, the more modding u will do... but if ur just into transport or into auto bike, maintaining it is a lil expensive... wat ninja sae is incorrective...the bike come with a manual..

 

every 3000km, change Engine oil, Oil filter, spark plug and one more thing i forget coz mine is ST 200... for me, i change it every 4000km - 5000km.. cost $55.. this is normal servicing...

 

every 12000km - 15000km, full servicing is needed.... it change belting, roller EO, Oil filter spark plug and etc... it cost $200...

 

it took me 10 months to do full service... doesnt travel much...but i stay in jurong, werk at changi...haha...

1.5 or 2 is the normal idle rev.anything lower than 1.5 ur bike will die off...those with stock CDI the rev needle will reach a maximum of 8..

However, u noe when u throttle, the RPM needle will also move as to how much u throttle ryt? But as for mine, it doesn't move. It'll get stuck. Sometimes it moves to a certain RPM and will get stuck dere. So i'm not too sure what's wrong actually..

 

P.S: what does CDI stands for? Sorry for the noob qn..

then maybe there's something stuck behind the needle..need to open and rectify..try heading down to the kallang scooter shops and ask around..im sure fixing it wont be that expensive unless have to get a new set..
