Saw Shah from Biketech21 today at Excel. He told me about the RCV

replica tail piece (Mad Doctor) that he brought in.There's 1 on display

at his shop.It comes with brake lights, led signal lights (adjustable angle)

& undertray.I saw it @ maddoctor website & it is gorgeous :lovestruck:

All of the complete set with the price tag of $750 or below (unpainted).

thats the closest RCV replica tail anyone can get for the cbr1000rr by maddoctor. i'm already using their front foldable led signals and rear integrated foldable led signals/brake light/license plate light. I would have change to their tail if i'm a solo rider. btw u need aftermarket exhaust to install this tail. the original exhaust is too big for this tail. A great combination with this tail is the arrow motogp style exhaust.

Anyone interested, below is the price direct from maddoctor.

Just x2 to get the price in SGD.

mdc558/1 - carbon Honda CBR1000RR MotoGP tail - 460.00 euro

mdc558/2 - epoxy Honda CBR1000RR MotoGP tail - 330.00 euro

mdc558/3 - fiberglass Honda CBR1000RR MotoGP tail - 200,00 euro

mdc560 - rear optic group - 100,00 euro

mdc554 - license plate holder - 18,00 euro

mdc559 - Honda CBR1000RR battery tray - 80,00 euro

Shipping costs to Singapore vary from 45,00 to 52,00 euro depending what you purchase.

License plate holder is optional.

Battery tray is required only if you don't want to do any cutting to the original plastics.

If you don't want to go through the hassle of bringing the tail in on your own, get the tail from Shah @ BikeTech21.

Hi guys,

i been using the b/m product for 3 weeks already and have nothing but thumbs up for it. check it out, really worth yr $$$ than waste yr time to clean up the mess on yr bike.

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forum/index....showtopic=77610

Merry christmas to all riders and ride safe.

Cheers

I also use it too. How does it save time?

For me, it's one extra step. After washing, apply wax and buff off. Then finally come the silione as a sealant.

Paints have natural oil in them. Keeping them "wet" by waxing is very important to preserve the paint. Once the natural oil dries up, that's when the cracking starts.

Must be personal taste. Maddock looks very beng neh. I still prefer the stock tail piece with fender.

Wah your fuel consumption higher than mine. Mine can reach 225KM easily if I fill to the top. Did you mod yur bike? e.g pipe, pc3?

U got any modification?

Mine is also 15l for 230km

but my config is as follow:

-catalyzer removed

-pair valve removed

-flapper mod done

-KNN filter

-PC3 load with Leo Vince slip-on map installed

-Leo Vince "Street Legal" Slip on

so is around 210km reserve light on

everything stock is 240km before reserve (around 17km/)
