Inspired by the Motorcycle song by DJ Tiesto during the F1 party at Sepang, I have remastered the video clip, and added a sound effect from Slayer, since the Akrapovic full system doesn’t have enough oomph.

 

Everytime I watch this video and listen to the song, I can feel the wind rippling through me, like in the video, it’s surreal. It makes me wanna tour.

 

There’s already over a hundred downloads since I secretly uploaded it over the weekend.

i sure go if my IC allow me to go off early but i don think so becos i in "SOT".u guy have a safe journey

when was the last time you took your bike out? Bollywood Veggies?

Malacca highway has strong crosswinds. They have been known to blow cars away. Fortunately, it's not something that happens frequently.

 

Here is an interesting clip of of a 747 at full power, simulating crosswinds. If the 747 sustains full power for more than 20 secs, it'll rip the runway apart.

Since day 1 of ur bike,what's the mileage now ? Did u finish ur run in yet ?

Your mileage mostly clocked going to KTM only right ? You ever told me once that u even sometimes forgets that you own a bike :slapforehead:

Beagle's Corsa was just bought by Din. Just the right timing since Din's tires got punctured, and he's been riding on a patched one and planned to ride to Malacca on a patched tire.

 

The BTs were out of stock, so Beagle got a Metzler's Racetec for S$500 just now. Rear profile 190/55. I guess he'll be cornering like Raptor in KTM. :lol:

OK, here's the plan, you guys go ahead as planned and meet at GP Esso.

 

Din, Kok and I will accompany Beagle to play catchup. You guys can have a relaxing ride, stop at Pagoh for whatever (take some pix and shoot some movies to make music videos), and then wait up at the jejantas and have some root beer.

 

Eldo, want to join still?

Tashi since u & din escorting beagle,why not we change the time to something like 8-8.30am.At least it will give me some time to prepare myself since i will only be home around 4.45 am 2morrow.Maybe we just wait for you guys at gp esso.Just tell us the estimated time.We go off as 1 group & return as 1 too.Since waiting another 1.5 hrs later will make a few more riders join us,why not just wait for you guys & i can catch a few winks as well :thumb:

Latest update ! 2morrow meeting time at gp esso change to 8.40am.We will move off at 9am.The strict condition still apply's that is whoever turn up late will treat all the 'rubber' chendol at Melacca :goodluck: Tashi sms me that he already informed all about the change of time.

Would actually love to join you guys but... am trying to save the mileage on the CBR. Its at 55,000 km and it is not even 17 months old.

 

As for riding the DRZ and following you guys...........I don't think so.

Its my first time with a fuel injected machine and i've been wondering, what would happen if a bike ran dry?

 

Will it be as easy as putting petrol in then of you go? as in bikes with normal carbs.

 

or air bubles gets into the system then you'll have to perform a shaman's ritual to get it going again?

A competent mech will be able to service the bike till it's good as new. Just come la.

 

Rommel, after the bike runs dry, and you've topped up with petrol, the bubbles should be gone. I've ran dry before twice. No probs.
