my bike went bs check, he say also not under recall,but burn after 3 mth and i had it change at race work....if my coil burn again, think i going mah check

Dont you notice when you release the clutch, the clutch doesn't release fully. At first i oso never notice til my mech told me...then i refer to Boon Siew lor. They told me to wait first til recall is confirm...they already notice RR8 got this problem.

 

Wow, thanks for the info, at 1st I thought it is a feature of the slipper clutch.

 

I saw some post on 1000rr.net, some say it's a transmission problem.

versions rather than 04 - 07 CBR 1000 due to complete face lift and features......

So if without the GPS true speed, what is the speed show on your meter. So far i only hit 285km/h show on my meter. Dare not to go anymore...balls getting smaller liao. LOL....

 

Juz for the info, my bike was showing 299km/hr... after that i change to pirelli diablo super corsa 2, the size was 190/55, now adays my top speed is only 287km/hr, 5 km/hr difference with my GPS meter.

 

on the market other then the track tire offer 190/55, the only road tire i know offering the same size is Michillen Pilot Power 2CT. it already stop its 190/50 production. HKL has 190/55.

 

i guess due to size different, as in similarity of changing sprocket cause the speedo accuracy different. with 190/55 tires. i am finding a chance for a more longer straight for testing see if it can goes 299km/hr with my 190/55 tires...
